FRANCO-RUSSIAN PARLEY. (Aus. and N.Z. Cable Assn.) MOSCOW, May 13. M. Laval and M. Litvinoff conferred for an hour and a half. M. Laval ■ xplained the results of his visit to Warsaw, after which they discussed the ratification of the Franco-Soviet Pad. and examined the possibility of an Eastern regional non-aggressiou pact, and the refusal of aid to an aggressor. Both are well satisfied with the progress. Al Laval will go to Warsaw to attend Marshal Pilsudski's funeral. FRANCO-ITALIAN AIR PACT. ROME. May 13. Signor Mussolini and M. Denain signed a Franco-Italian Air Convention. Although it is believed it relates to” security, so far the details revealed only indicate the inauguration of a commercial air line linking Paris and Rome in three to five hours connecting with the London service from Paris.
