Victor Lustig, who is described by the police as an international thief and confidence man, was arrested by Federal agents to-day, and way formally held, on a counterfeiting charge, although he is wanted in at least five States for various alleged swindles. A key was found in his possession, which revealed that he had used a small locker, located in an underground railway station, to hide the currency that he and also his counterfeit equipment. There was fifity-two thousand dollars in bogus money found in the locker. There was also a set of plans from which the dollars were printed. '
