BEEFTON. (By 11 Slipper'’) On Easter Manday the above club held a successful meeting on the Racecourse when a big programme was run off in an efficieiUt ami businesslike manner. The Grey dogs were unsuccessful with the exception of Mountain Bose who won the Middleweight in pleasing style. The Westport owned Black Fury was at top form and accounted for Poth open handicaps, while GreyShadow from WaiuJtu won the Maiden for her owner at the first time of asking.
