LANDS IN CEYLON. (Aus. and N.Z. Cable AssnA COLOMBO, March 20. Egon Kisch, a passenger aboard the Orford, was not allowed to land at Colombo. Kisch was greatly disappointed, because he intended to go to Kandy to collect material for articles for newspapers and the book he has contracted to write.
