BRUNNER PICNIC
The annual Combined Brunner Schools' and Miners’ picnic was held in ideal weather in Cass Square, Hokitika on Saturday. Five hundred excursionists travelled by train and an enjoyable day was had by all. Many ji the Brunner people took advantage of the bathing facilities in the sea and the baths. An energetic committee had all the arrangements well in hand so that everybody thoroughly enjoyed themselves. r l he following is the result of the sports programme:
