PILLION RIDING ACCIDENT. INVERCARGILL. October 7. An accident which resisted in the death of Judith Thompson, aged 22 ’.ears, occurred on the Waikiwi Bridge on the main n orth :oa ( ] at five o’clock this evenirg. She w-as riding pillion on a motor eye e, driven by Arthur Ceci] Hermann, when it came into collision with a mo’or car going in the same direction. Th<* girl was knocked off the motor cvcle and she suffered from con- ■ She died shortly afterwards, without regaining consciousness.
