AMUSEMENTS
BRUNNER SPORTS. No stone is being left unturned by the Committee of the Brunner Sports to ensure the success of their annual gathering on Saturday next. The competitors have responded well with the inducement of the big prizes and excellent fields are assured for both the chopping and running events. The running frack has been specially prepared, and the axemen wi'l find the Kawhak a logs right up to the best. There will be tea-rooms, ice-cream stalls and side shows on the ground, I and a proper day’s sport is promised | for all.
