RESTRICTION ON DOMINIONS. , i NEGOTIATIONS PROCEEDING. ' | LONDON, February 15. The ‘‘Sydney Sun” representative ' Icarus that Britain and the Dominions have commenced informal conversations on voluntary restriction of Dominion dairy exports. It is probable that the ( Dominions will arrange restrictions suiting their own convenience without Britain suggesting quotas. It is considered here that the Dominions’ own interests, regardless of British agriculture’s plight, will compel restrictions in order to safeguard their own export prices.
