VISITORS TO RUSSIA
Banned by N.Z ON THEIR RETURN TO DOMINION. (From Our Parliamentary Reporter'. PARLIAMENT BUILDINGS, September 22. The regulations governing the reentry into New Zealand of people visiting Russia were referred to by Mr H. E. Holland in the House to-day, when he gave notice to ask the Minister of Immigration under what statute had the recent addition been made to the New Zealand Passport forms in>which a warning was issued to persons visiting countries that are under a Communistic form of Government, ihat they might not enter New Zealand on their return. Mr Holland said that the text of this addition to the passport forms, according to press announcements, road as follows: —“ Warning:—Any person visiting any country or public place which is under a Communist form of Government may be refused permission to land in New Zealand within three years after leaving such country or place.”
