Sydney Mystery CHINESE SUSPECTED. (Received August 16 at 9.20 p.m.) SYDNEY, August 16. With the arrest of a Chinese in a City Bank to-day, detectives believe that they will be able to elucidate a mystery attaching to the organised circulation of spurious coins, mostly shil lings.
