“N.Z. TRUTH” CLAIM

AGAINST “N.Z. WORKER.” WELLINGTON, May 4. The case in which New Zealand Truth, Ltd., claimed £5OOO from the “N.Z. Worker” was struck out by Justice Blair in the Supreme Court, today, on terms arranged between the parties. Money paid into Court is to be paid to plaintiff. Counsel for plaintiff said that a settlement would be arrived at, and it had been arranged for an apology to be published by the defendant in its paper, and in Wellington, Auckland. Christchurch and Dunedin, also in “Truth.” The terms of .'the settlement were handed to His Honor.
