TRADE WITH WEST INDIES. (Ans & N.Z. Cable Assn.) (Received May 3 at 10.30 p.m.) VANCOUVER, May 3. A message from Hamilton, Bermuda, says that the British and Canadian delegations to the Tripartite conference of Empire Parliamentarians, on Monday met the local Chamber of Commerce in a series of preliminary ccnferences, and discussed problems of ccmmunications, British films, tariff preferences, currency, aviation restrictions, and alien trading. Mr C. B. Howard, M.P. for the Canadians, said the Canadians wore anxious to leave a still greater trade fabric. There were commercial contracts within tho Empire as yet untapped.
