DEBT DEFAULTS
GREECE AND BULGARIA. (Official Wireless.) RUGBY, May 2. Captain Eden (Under-Secretary for Foreign Affairs) in the House of Commons, said the British Government re cognised it as a matter of the greatest regret that the Greek and Bulgarian Governments were unable to meet the service of their loans issued under tho League of Nations’ auspices. If was understood that those Governments were initiating negotiations with their bond holders. Tho British Government were watching the situation with a view to taking any action which was possible or proper.
