The “Sunday Sun” announces that Kingsford Smith will fly from Sydney to New Zealand in October or November. G. U. Allan will be his co-pilot, and J. Stannage will be the radioisr. The Southern Cross, which was extensively damaged during the harbour bridge celebrations, on a night landing, is being reconditioned for the Tasman trip.
