HONOLULU MURDER
The Rival Pleas (Aus. & N.Z. Cable Assn) HONOLULU, April 27. Th e lawyers argued the Honolulu murder case before the Court. The. prosecution asserted: “You can’t make Hawaii safe from criminal assaults by licensing murder.” The defence is adhering to its insanity plea, whi] c appealing to the 'jurors’ sympathies, and asking: “What if your own wife were similarly assaulted.” The arguments continued during Wednesday. There is a prospect that the case will go to the jury on Wednesday night.
