New Prussian Government WILL NAZIS GAIN POWER? (“Times” Cable.) (Received April 27 at 9 p.m.) LONDON. April 26. “The Times’s” Berlin correspondent says:-—The Prussian Cabinet have decided to resign, in readiness for which they have convoked the Diet for May 24th" It is stated that the Nazis have already approached the Prussian Catholic Centre Party, whose loader is Doctor Kaas. Dr. Kaas will undoubtedly act in consultation with Chancellor Bruening. who is also a member of the Catholic Centr e Party, which, in view of the importance of Prussian events to the Reicß. is unlikely to allow anything to disturb its firm guidance of German p’olicy, or to relinquish its command of national affairs. Notably, the Centre Party will oppose any tendency to establish a party dictatorship.
