NO EXEMPTION. (Per Press- Association). AUCKLAND, August 10. Judgments disallowing exemptions from the 10 per cent, cut were entered by the Arbitration Court in connection with the applications by the Canterbury electrical workers, gasfitters and plumbers, metal workers’ assistants an<l engineers and plasterers. The judgment of the'Court disallowing the application of the Canterbury Carpenters’ and Joiners’ Union was published on Saturday. THE NIAGARA. AUCKLAND, August 10. The liner Niagara arrived to-day at 2.45 p.m. from Vancouver.
