FIRES.

- BANK PREMISES DAMAGED. WELLINGTON, May J Ah outbreak of fire occurred on the premises of the Comjmereial Bank at Eastbourne at an early hour today, and the interior of the office was destroyed. Th'r building is shared by a Chinese greengrocer, who discovered the flames (shout 2.15 a.m. and called the fire brigade. The bank’s office is only a smaM branch, which op iis twice a week. The buildilng was insured for £6OO in the State Office.
