U.S.A. AND IRAQ. RUGBY, February 11. Mr Loeker-Lampson stated in the House of Commons that negotiations have for some time been proceeding 'Between the United States, Groat Britain and Iraq, for the conclusion of a convention similar to the AngloAmerican Convention regarding Palestine.. to regularise relations between the United States and Iraq, and the. status of the United States citizens in that country. It is hoped that ■ these negotiations may lead to the signature of a proposed convention at an early da'e.
