MONSTER PICNIC TO MAWHERAITI. The President of the West Coas* Rugby League (Mr J. D. Wingham) will leave this morning on a visit to the proposed site at Mawheraiti, where th c League intend holding their monster picnic next Sunday. Marist have made a good forward move, and only a small margin separates them from the leaders. The Centre Queen is a good third, closely followed by Runanga and the Combined Queens.
