BOMBAY RIOT.

Strikers Clash with Police. NINE KILLED. (Received December 13 at 10 p.m.) DELHI, December 13. Three Indian constables and six strikers were killed in Bombay, in a clash between the police and cotton mill strikers. Incited by labour leaders, an infuriated mob of thousands marched the streets and attacked a small picket of European and Indian police, who, outnumbered were compelled to fire, but wer e overwhelmed. Three were beaten to death, and thirty were seriously injured. The city is panic-stricken, and patrolled by armed police. All the mills are closed.
