BOMB IN REICHSTAG.

COMMUNISTS PROTEST Against Chemical Warfare. (Reeeifed December 13, at 10.25 p.m.) (Times Cable). LONDON, December 12. A large bomb was introduced into the Reichstag during the debate upon the Geneva Convention for prohibition of chemical Warfare. A.
