Frederick /Robert Waller, a retired farmer, was fined £lO. and his license was endorsed, for being in charge of a car while 1 in a state of intoxication. The Magistrate issued a warning that if this class of offence contniued increasing locally, he would adopt the rule of giving a term of imprisonment in all eases, without the option.
