British T.U.C. URGED TO ADOPT CONCILIATION PROPOSALS. LONDON. August 26. The General Council of th© Trade Union Congress was firmly recommended to accept the establishment of a National Industrial Council of Employers and Employed, together with the necessary conciliation machinery, on th P lines of the Monj Conference recom mendations cabled on April 17th, in the annual report of the Executive issued to-day. The recommendation comes before the Trades Union Council on September 3rd, when it is expected to be endorsed. INDIA AND BRITISH LABOUR. DELHI, August 26.
