RAILWAY COLLISION.

IN N.S. WALES SYDNEY, Ai.gist 26. Two goods trains collided at Quirindi. Several trucks were telescoped. A. number of stock were killed. There was a long train of empty trucks standing while the engine- was taking water, and this train was struck by an incoming stock train. The fireman of the stock train and the driver of the stationary train were injured. Through traffic was interrupted for some hours.
