To Cut Out N.Z. AND AUSTRALIA. (Received August 24 at 7.45 p.m.) NEW YORK, August 23. Th c ' determination of the tourist agencies not to include Australia in world cruises is apparently not being relaxed. The Raymond, Whitcombc Company has just announced its IS3O plans, which indicate an itinerary of twenty-nine countries. Australia and New Zealand are not among them.
