FOX'S RIVER BRIDGE

Mr. H. E. Holland, M.P. has received the following letter from the Minister of Public Works:

I have to advise that I have been in touch with the Hon. Nosworthy Minister in Charge of Tourist and Health Resorts, in regard to your request for a. continuation of the road to give access to the caves in the vicinity of Fox’s River. The Hon. Mr. Nosworthy has now advised me that in view of your representations it is his intention to send an officer of the Tourist Department to make a report on these eaves from a tourist point of view and if they are of sufficient interest to visitors he will suggest to the Hon. Minister of Lands that they be vested in the Tourist Department. The question of improvements to the road will, of course, really depend on whether the caves are to be developed as a tourist .resort, and the question of the road will receive further consideration when the report of the Tourist officer is to hand.
