OPERA HOUSE—TONIGHT. ZANE GREY’S “FORLORN RIVER. At the Opera House to-night Jane Grey’s great story “Forlorn River” starring Jack Holt w£ll be screened again for the last time. WEDNESDAY. COLLEEN MOORE IN “TWINKLETOES.” A throng of strange, colorful character's from. the pages -of one of Thomas Burke’s most famous Limehouse stories appears with Colleen Moore in “ Tw-inkletoes, ” her latest production, which comes to the Opcr a House on Wednesday, matinee and night. Chinese and Malays, Hindus and Lascars, and Cockney costermongers; exotic holy men and thieves and dregs of London and flotsam of the seven seas, plying curious trades and pursuits in the narrow, crooked streets along the Limehouse waterfront, all are shown.
The leading man' is Kenneth Har Jan as the champion pugilist of London. Gladys Brockwell plays one of those warped, passionjate creatures of the slums. Warner Oland is suave and oily as the Quayside Theatre manager. Tully Marshall, as Old Pot and Pan;” Julanne Johnston, as a dancer; Lucian Littlefield, as a wonderful old tippler; giant John Kolb, as a longshoreman; -round out The cast. ______
