STANDARD OIL COY’S CLAIM NON-SUITED. HAMILTON, November 29. An action for, a debt of £376. and 7 per cent interest, was brought before Mr Justice Herdman, at the Supreme Court. Hamilton, by the Standard Oil Coy of America, against Alorton Dugdale Waldesley, ,drainage engineer, the Suisun Dredging Coy, San Francisco. Goods to the value of the sum claimed were sold to defendants in 1918. hut the Judge held that Waldeslev chose to be a partner in defendant’s firm in 1916. and therefore nonsuited plaintiff.
