AUSTRALASIAN CHAMPIONSHIP MEETING.
SYDNEY, November 24
The Sun, commenting on the forthcoming Australasian athletic championship meeting, to be h Id in New Zealand, says: The talent available in New South Wales is of the highest class, the chief obstacle in the way seems to be lack of funds. It is difficult to understand the paucity of public support of athletics, which in every other country in the world is considered a leading attraction. The Dunn Shield competitions, held December 3 to 10. will decide the selections for the N.Z. trip.
