Wilson-Hall, the League half-back, of Christchurch, has in response to a query from Halifax Club, England, foi his terms, made an offer, and if it is accepted, he will leave for England with Mason, Davidson and Brown. ENGLISH LEAGUE’S DECISION. NOT TO REIMPOSE BAN. (Aus. & N.Z. Cable Assn & Sun Cable) LONDON, June 19. The Rugby League annual conference at Bridlington dealt with a cablegram from New South Wales, Queensland and New Zealand Leagues, suggesting the decision to remove the biennum residential qualification on Dominionitcs, be not operative pending a conference in 1928 with the manager of the English team going to Australia. The League, however, instructed the secretary to reply, stating the agreement had been terminated by the votes of the clubs, at the annual meeting; therefore, it must be considered as terminated from June 18.
