BETWEEN ITALY AND BELGIUM. (Received June 17 at 10 p.m.) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) BRUSSELS, June 17. The Italian Government is leaving the Embassy here under a Charge d’Affaires, as an expression of its disapproval of the Belgian Foreign Minister, M. Vandervolde’s, participation in an anti-Fascist demonstration nt which Signor Mussolini was attacked.
