PARIS EDICT. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) (Received June 10 at 8 p.m.) PARIS, June 15. A conference of leading dressmakers have announced that they have reached a complete agreement that the present-day skirts are too short and that they are opposed to aesthetic taste. They have decided that, in future frocks shall be longer, though not quite ankle length.
