FLU’ SPREADS.

IN NORTH OF ENGLAND. LONDON, February 21. Influenza is most severe in North England, particularly at Liverpool, where the death rate is alarming. Un tier takers in all districts are employing extra hands. Offices are often only half staffed, many schools arc closed, and workers in mills and workshops are seriously depleted. At least three cases occurred during the week-end of husband and wife dying practically simultaneously.
