CIVIL SITTING. H.M. the King v. Stratford Blair and Co., claim for damages for, and value of, timber allegedly taken off provision al State forest reserve. Public Trustee v. Peter John Higgins. George William Fawcett and Charles Fawcett, claim for compensation arising out of death of Peter Carmody. IN DIVORCE. William Meldrum v. Norah Elizabeth Meldrum, defended, alleged desertion. Adeline Mary Magdalen Cook v. Robert Cook on the grounds of agree ment for separation. Undefended. IN BANKRUPTCY. Applications for discharge: — Oscar Henry Brailsford, of Cobden, contractor. Percy Sutton Hewer, Ahaura, bushman. Albert Richard Cropp, of Atarau farmer.
