BISLEY RESULTS. Fulton, late of the" Queen’s Westminster, also won Hie King s Jizo in 1912, His father won the Queen , Prize in 1888. One of the disqualified marksmen says that he bought his rifle from a gunsmith in Devonshire, but did not realise it was a cut down barrel The other says that the packing of his rifle was done freely in order to prevent vibration of the barrel.
