THE DELAY- IN COMPLETION. (Special to “Argus.”) WELLINGTON, July 21. In the House this afternoon, Hon. K. S. Williams (Minister of Public Works) stated that the bridge over the Waiho River, South Westland, is expected to be completed in February next, given reasonable weather conditions. Considerable difficulty has been experienced in connection with this work, owing to unfavourable weather, so that an earlier date than that given for completion cannot reasonably be quoted.
