UNION CO. AGAIN. A BIG INCREASE. (Recd July 20 at 11 n m.) *■ SYDNEY,' Inly 20. The Union Steamship Coy. of N.Z. will charge advanced freight rates on timber shipped from all New South Wales port's to New Zealand. The increase will be thirteen and ore-third per cent, dating from the first of August, and amounting to an average, increase of about two shillings per hundred superficial feet. The N.S.W. sawmillers state that this will be a death-blow to the export of timber to New Zealand.
