SAVING DAYLIGHT
WEST COAST WORKERS. Eifsci of Sidey’s Bill. (Special to Angus.) WELLINGTON, J u] . ■ Jlaylight saving, a s it affected the miners was referred to in th c House to-night by Mr. H. E. Mr. D. G. Sullivan (Avon) supported the bill and claimed that the miner whatever his time of retirement and rising, would retain the samr i lat.ionship between meals and bedtime as he did at present.
