WELLINGTON, February 11. The forecast is that the present indications are for southerly winds, strong to gale, and for further un settled weather, cold and squally generally, with heavy showers. The disturbance is intensified eastwards of the Dominion, but the barometer is likely to rise cvervwhere soon, and the conditions will then medcrate
