THE RIFF TERMS

An official communique says the French Government have received ;; communication from General i> Rivera (Spanish Leader), reporting having had an interview with, a Rifflon emissary, who declared that Abdel Kriin would only cuter intipeace nepjotiatious if the independence of the Riffs were recognised.
