THE COMMISSION. ONLY BUSINESS MEN TO BE INCLUDED. (Received August 8 at 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, Aug. 8. The “Morning Post’s’’ political correspondent states: The Cabinet has considered the Coal Commission. It is understood that it will be a small body, composed of business meet, not connected with the coal industyry. It is believed that its terms of reference will be confined to ascertaining what has brought about the present condition, how far this condition may be improved by more efficient management, greater co-operation of the employers ami the employees, the amalgamation cf pits, and so forth.
