ANGLO-GERMAN TRADE
GERMANS EXPECT INCREASE. (Received August 9 at 5.5 p.m.) BERLIN, August 7. The Commercial Committee of the Reichstag has adopted a Bill on the Anglo-German Commercial Treaty, ur ’ ranged on December 4 last. The Government spokesman said it was anticipated that the result of the Treaty would be that the German exports to Britain would increase to the equivalent of their pre-war value. He also stated that th*e British Government would recommend the Treaty to the British Dominions and Colonies.
