INCREASE IN BRITAIN. LONDON, July 27. A White Paper shows that to June 30, the Treasurv announced its willingness to give guarantees under the Trade Fm-ilities A-ts, totalling £54,-152,000 including £2,500.000 to the Blue Star Line from 1920, limited lor twenty years, for the construction of vessels to carry refrigerated meat.
