NEW YORK, July 25. Ten hereditary chiefs, of Blackteet and Pigeon Indians of Montana, Hare started a suit against the Government for sixty-eight million dollars, for tribal lands which, they allege, have been wrongfully seized for Government purposes. ITALY RESTORES WHEAT DUTY. ROME, July 25. The Cabinet is restoring immediately the duty of 74 gold lire per quintal on wheat. It is estimated that
tho imports on wheat in 1925 will be limited to ten million quintals.
