SEVERAL TRANSFERS. Postal Department transfers announced are as follow: — Mi- I) M. Mackintosh, postmaster at Dannevirke, succeeds Mr Mathieson as chief postmaster at Greymouth. Mr 11. E. Fildes, chief postmaster at Westnor’t, succeeds Mr W. T. Johnston ils assistant postmaster at Christchurch. \V. penlington, chief postmaster at Napier, has been promoted ehief postmaster at Dunedin, vice Mr A. E. Macgregor, retired. Mi A.
