SOUTH AFRICA

WANTS SEPARATE FLAG. CAPETOWN, January 13 It is understood that the Minister of the Interior (Mr Malan) will introduce a Bill dealing with South African nationality and creating a South African flag. The principle laid down is that if anyone becomes a British subject he is not as such a South African burgher. The Bill if it becomes law, will therefore create a South African nationality.
