BRITISH APPREHENSION. [A. and N.Z. Cable Association.] CAIRO. July 23. iioneral Allenby has written to Sarwar Pasha stating the British Government views with apprehension the recent series of outrages on British officers and soldiers which are aggravated by the failure of the Egyptian Government to arrest any criminals. If the outrages continue the British Government would be compelled to consider their attitude towards the whole question involved.
