THE AWARDS. NELSON, July 21. The New Zealand Poultry Championships poultry awards included:—Minorca (fancy) P. Knight (Westport). Hamburg, E. B. Martin (Nelson). Leghorn, (utility), J. Hay (Nelson). Pigeons Tumbler Longfaced, 11. M. South (Christchurch); Magpie, J. Goer (Wellington), owl, W. B. McKenzie (Wellington). Canaries, Yorkshire, G. Abel, Wellington); Norwich, E. Bullen (Blenheim) . Mr C. A. House (the English expert and judge) said that the Nelson Show was the best h-a had yet seen in Nev. Zealand. The Old English Game entries were a record for Australasia.
