SPEECH IN WALES. (Received July 20, 7.55 p.m.) LONDON, July 19. Mr Lloyd George delivered a stirring speech, partly in Welsh, when receiving the freedom of Aberystwith, in which he gave a review of the country’s sacrifices in tho war. The Prime Minister said the country was gradually buildin*.■_ up its depleted resources. There was a steadiness which was never present before. He said: “We a.ro building on a firm foundation. Britain will be stronger than ever in years to come, but the world cannot get on without peace. ’ ’
